When updating licenses, make sure they are running the most recent Maintenance+ build.
1. Insert the corresponding USB into the user’s computer.
2. Go to http://localhost:1947/
3. Select “Update/Attach” in the Options bar
4. Upload .v2c file provided from RocScience via e-mail.

5. Select “Apply File”
*If you are unsure which USB corresponds to a specific license, insert the USB and click Sentinel Keys and look at the Key ID
**If you receive an error message HASP_UPDATE_TOO_NEW your license might have missed one or more older updates. If you receive an error message HASP_UPDATE_TOO_OLD your update is old and you need the newer V2C file. Older files can be found at: \\go\software\Lab Specialized Software\GEO-TECHNICAL\RocScience\2025 Full Collection of Cumulative V2C Files
