To resolve the Software Failure error:
1. Open LiveCycle and then open the HR Form One from your To-do tab, or open it from the URL link located in the LiveCycle notification email you received.
3. Make any needed modifications to the form. When ready to route, on the last page of the HR Form One in the FORM ROUTING AND SUBMISSION section, select the radio button option to route, either “All forms are complete and ready for HR” or “This form needs to be routed to someone”.
4. In the Find in List search bar, type the name of recipient you want to route the form to, and then click the Find Next button.
5. If your recipient’s name is highlighted, stop here and don’t click on their name. If your recipient’s name is not highlighted, keep clicking the Find Next button until their name is highlighted in the box, but don’t click on their name. NOTE: clicking on the highlighted recipient’s name in the box will cause the Software Failure Error.
6. Click the Submit button once the name of your recipient is highlighted in the box.
