This error occurs when a user tries to open a form in
LiveCycle and receives the message, “A problem with this webpage caused
Internet Explorer to close and reopen the tab” (Internet Explorer) or the
message, “wcms01 is not responding” (Microsoft Edge). The LiveCycle webpage will
crash after trying to reload the tab several times.
If this happens, Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader could be
damaged. You can try to repair the application.
1. Open
Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat.
2. Select
Help > Repair Installation from the menu.
