Don’t change the “Country/Region,” “Key algorithm”, or “Use digital ID for” fields.

On the next screen, use the default filed name and location.  Enter and confirm your password.  This password does not change.

Click the Finish button to save your signature.  Any time you need to sign a document you should be prompted to enter your password.  Your current digital signature will be selected by default.
