This occurs when you get the following error:

It states that the plugin process could not load because you don’t have the correct security.
To solve this problem, open Adobe Acrobat. From the menu, select Help > Repair Installation:

A popup will ask you if you’re sure you want to repair the installation. Click Yes.
If this does not solve the problem, you may need to submit a ticket to get Adobe Acrobat uninstalled and reinstalled.
