The Document You Are Trying to Load Requires Adobe Reader 8 or Higher

This occurs when you get the following error when trying to open a document:

First, make sure you are using Microsoft Edge as your browser.  The LiveCycle documents will not load in Chrome or Firefox.

If you get this error in Edge, click on the ellipse (…) in the upper right corner:

There should be an option on the drop down menu that allows you to reload the page in Internet Explorer mode.  When you click on this option, you will get a popup:

If the option, “Open this page in Internet Explorer mode next time” is not on, turn it on and click the Done button.
