This problem occurs when you try to open LiveCycle and get
the following error message:
This occurs when you use an unsupported browser. Make sure
you are opening the document in Microsoft Edge.
If you are opening the document in Edge and are still
getting this error, try changing to IE mode. Click on the three dots (…) in
the upper right corner and select Settings:
In the search box, search for “Internet Explorer”. In the
section title Internet Explorer compatibility, change the “Allow site to be
reloaded in IE mode” to “Allow”.
If you are getting this error in LiveCycle when you are
trying to download a Form One from the Form One Search, you may need to change
your PDF options. In Settings, under Cookies and Site Permissions, select PDF
Documents:
Turn on the option to Always download PDF files:
