For VPN requests we can use the TDX ticketing system to submit a ticket, link below.

Steps:
- Select I.T. Resource Request (Blue Icon)
- Fill in the required information with a red asterisk *
- Under “Select Ticket Request Type” select “Change Access or Equipment”
- This will open the options to select additional options; scroll down to “Request Selects”, ¾ down the page.
- Select “Network Access”, a drop down appears
- Select your needed network access technology, most likely you want VPN – DOT Issued Computer (CheckPoint).
- Once the request comes through, I’ll approve it from my side and our team can assign your crew member the permissions.
