How To Enable Outlook Archiving
1. Open the Cayosoft Portal on your computer.
2. In the console, navigate to the "AD Users" section within Cayosoft.

3. Use the search function to find the end user for whom you want to enable archiving.

4. Once you've located the user, click on their entry to select it.
5. On the right-hand side of the Cayosoft portal, select the "Mailbox" option.

6. Now, choose the tab labeled "Features."
7. Within the "Features" tab, locate the option for "Archive" and select it.
8. Toggle the switch or checkbox to "Enable" archiving for the user.

9. Finally, hit the "Update" button to apply the changes and complete the process.
These steps will enable email archiving for the specified user through Cayosoft. Make sure to review your settings before hitting "Update" to ensure everything is configured correctly.
