Routing Form Sends It Back to Sender

This error occurs when the user routes the Form One to someone else, but it keeps coming back into the same user’s queue.  This is caused by using an unsupported browser.  LiveCycle documents should be opened in Microsoft Edge.

 

If you continue to get this error in Microsoft Edge, click on the three dots (…) in the top right corner, with the form open:

If you see the option “Reload in Internet Explorer mode,” click on it.  This should automatically reload your page correctly.
