Digital Id Signature Creation - Cannot Confirm Password

This occurs when creating a new digital Id.  The user can enter the new password but cannot see the Confirm Password field.

This occurs when the user’s display is too large to see the Confirm Password field.

 

To resolve this open the Control Panel and select or search for Display.

Select the “Smaller – 100% (default)” option and click Apply. Save any open files and close all other programs. Click  the Log Off Now button.
