This occurs when a user tries to open an attachment in LiveCycle,
and nothing happens.
You can resolve this issue by right-clicking on the attachment
and choosing the Save Attachment option:
You can also click on the Save icon on the menu.
Once you save the attachment, you should be able to open and
view the saved file.
