- Visit https://security.microsoft.com/
- If they're not already logged in, the user will need to log in using their own account
- Click on ‘Review’

- Click on ‘Quarantine’

- Click on the filter icon

- Enter the shared mailbox email address in the Recipient address

- Click Apply
You should now see any quarantined messages in the shared mailbox account.
Important: Please use caution when reviewing a releasing quarantined messages. Many quarantined messages were sent there because they were detected as potentially malicious.
